Is self belief important for our personality

Well, belief system are the greatest contributors to our personalities, which manifest themselves in various aspect of our life. Some says that our experiences create our beliefs. However, the real fact is that our beliefs create our experience and these experiences further strengthen our beliefs and the process goes on and a time comes when we start saying:’ My beliefs are based on my experience ‘ which itself is a self-defeating belief.

When we align our beliefs, thinking pattern, nature of the soul, we find ourselves in absolutely fantastic physical and mental health. The moment we are infected with the virus of stress and insecurities, it creates a divide between us and our soul and this discord with the soul marks the beginning of all our sufferings. If at all scientists invent a gadget which can instantly measure our heartbeat, blood pressure, blood sugar levels and various other factors -which are determinants of good health – when we are in a happy cheerful mood, we will definitely find all these health parameters within their normal levels. The same parameters when measured under stressful conditions would definitely show a different picture.

So, its high time we start aligning ourselves with our soul which begins with by changing our beliefs in right direction such as:

I’m a part of this universe and this universe is supportive and protective. So, I’m are not alone. I’m safe and secure

I need no special reason to be happy. I can be happy or rather i can make a choice to be happy and cheerful all the time

I need to take charge of my life but i need not take excessive control of my life. It will flow with universe energy

I’m responsible for creating my creating my experience in this world.  Therefore, as i change my beliefs, my experience in this world will automatically change.
