There are some people who starts worrying about very small things, here’s a question is it necessary to take tension? Or is it necessary to find a solution of that problem?
Here if i talk about myself, I’m a person who gets hyper on every small worries , tension and that basically ruined my health as well! Every one in life has problems, everyone has reasons to be sad , not even a single in this whole wide world can say that I’ve no tension, in this case what should we do? Leart to accept, learn to face it, you are not weak, change it if you can, if it’s not under your control let it be as it is no need to stress yourself, things take time, the situation will become normal it is not going to stay forever.
When you find your self worrying Take a minute to examine the things you can’t change or control .you can’t prevent a storm from coming but you can prepare for it. You can’t control how someone else behaves, but you can control on how you react.
You can influence people ,but you can’t force them to go on your way. To have the most influence, focus on changing your behavior. Be a good role model and set healthy boundaries for yourself.
We normally start imagining things that will never happen. We start living in fear, if it’s meant toh be happen it will! But it’s useless worrying for future , learn to stay in present, make your self strong to face circumstances.
At last never forget, everything that happens, happens for something good. Never get disappointed ,stay calm. Things will surely turn into something good.
